Arise Family Chiropractic is in network with Excellus BCBS insurance. It should be noted that insurance has deemed pediatric chiropractic care under the age of ten years old as "not medically necessary" in most cases. Therefore, pediatric chiropractic care will be an out of pocket expense.

It should also be noted that insurance will only cover acute care cases. Wellness, preventative and maintenance care will not be covered under insurance and will be at out-of-pocket cost. You may be provided a superbill to submit to insurance. 

Yes! HSA and FSA payment is eligible on all services offered at Arise Family Chiropractic.
