Do you take insurance?
Arise Family Chiropractic is in network with Excellus BCBS insurance. It should be noted that insurance has deemed pediatric chiropractic care under the age of ten years old as "not medically necessary" in most cases. Therefore, pediatric chiropractic care will be an out of pocket expense.

It should also be noted that insurance will only cover acute care cases. Wellness, preventative and maintenance care will not be covered under insurance and will be at out-of-pocket cost. You may be provided a superbill to submit to insurance.
Can I use HSA/FSA?
Yes! HSA and FSA payment is eligible on all services offered at Arise Family Chiropractic.
Do I need a referral?
No Referral Needed!
You do not need a referral to receive care at Arise Family Chiropractic. Families are welcome to schedule directly whenever they feel support would be helpful.
While a referral is never required, we truly value collaboration and love working alongside other healthcare providers. We believe the best care happens when professionals communicate and support one another, and we are always happy to co-manage care to ensure each patient and family feels fully supported.
